    Sponsorship packages include a vendor booth.

  • Vendor Booth Overview

    • Vendor registration covers a vendor booth at the conference and meals for one vendor booth attendant.
    • Vendor booth area includes: one 8-foot skirted table, two chairs, and one wastebasket (no electricity available).
    • All vendors will be listed in the conference program.
    • Vendors can begin setting up at 6:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 3, 2019. Conference begins at 8 a.m. on Thursday. Break down after 1 p.m. on Friday, October 4th.
    • Vendors are responsible for leaving the area in the same condition as they found it.
    • All fees are non-refundable.

    To encourage attendees to visit all vendor booths, the conference partners will provide attendees with a passport to be stamped by each vendor. Completed passports will be entered into a drawing for door prizes. Each vendor is asked to provide a door prize with a value of at least $25 to be raffled off at the end of the conference.

    The University of South Dakota, the Sioux Falls Convention Center, and other conference partners will not be held responsible or liable for any stolen items or injury incurred during the event. Conference partners have the right to refuse a vendor registration.
