Carissa Regnerus has been a faculty member since 2001, and served at the USD Dental Hygiene as clinical faculty as well as providing didactic instruction in courses such as Local Anesthesia, Nutrition and Dental Health Education and the Community, and is currently serving as the Lead Clinical Director where she oversees the outreach programs. Professor Regnerus coordinates departmental service learning activities and serves on the SD Oral Health Coalition Steering Committee and a Headstart Advisory board.
