Chelsie Ogaard is the Program Director for Community Based Services at Children’s Home Society. She has a strong desire to provide excellent service and works to prevent, treat, and heal trauma, individually and collectively. She strives for innovative approaches and seeks to implement proactive strategies to stabilize families and communities.
