Currently Sisseton-Wahpeton Oyate Director of BH in Agency Village. Working for over a decade with individuals who struggled with impulse control disorders and developmental delays promoted my exploration into ways that attachment and external events affect our biology and neuroendocrine system. Since that time, I have advocated for the importance of understanding child development, sensory integration, behavior as communicating needs, and practices that focus on individual, family, and community strengths in order to support children and their caregivers.
