Kharley Newman and her husband, Tanner, and have been married for almost 7 years and have a daughter, Isabella, who is almost 18 months old. They have lived the last 10 years in the Rapid City area. Kharley is a member of the Family Leadership Group for the SD Early Childhood Comprehensive Systems (ECCS) team and has been able to share the experiences they have had with their daughter so far. Isabella has overcome many obstacles during the last 18 months, and they are thankful to have had access to many community resources during this time.
