Rachel Busmann is the Outreach Coordinator for the South Dakota State University-Child and Family Resource Network and coordinates Region 4 of the South Dakota Early Childhood Enrichment System. Rachel has served the state for over eighteen years supporting child care and youth development programs both as a Licensing Specialist and in efforts of quality initiatives. Rachel has a passion for supporting providers in providing safe and quality child care programs for families. Having crucial conversations with staff, directors and community leaders is something that Rachel excels at and would love to connect more resources, training and supports to South Dakota child care and youth development providers.
