Rachel Oelmann, MBA, has over 16 years of corporate and consulting experience including scientific research, analytical method development, project management, technical writing, grant management, and program assessments. She holds a Bachelors of Arts in Biology from Augustana University and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Sioux Falls. Rachel is an experienced researcher and data analyst, having designed and contributed to numerous needs assessments, program evaluations, strategic planning efforts, and feasibility studies across multiple disciplines and industries throughout her consulting career. Rachel is also an active project manager, with current efforts supporting more than $12 million in active projects, in addition to numerous smaller-scale projects for nonprofits, governmental, and for-profit organizations alike. Rachel is a founding partner of Sage Project Consultants, LLC, and maintains active membership with the American Evaluators Association.
