Sara Kelly serves as the Court Improvement Program Coordinator for the South Dakota Unified Judicial System, State Court Administrator Office.
She obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice and Sociology from St. Cloud State University. She is a graduate of the Federal Law Enforcement Training Academy and the National Center for State Court, Institute of Court Management.
Sara has many years of experience in child welfare with positions with the South Dakota Department of Social Services – Child Protection Services, as a social worker for Children’s Special Health Services, director of Oahe Child Development Center – Early Head Start Program, executive director of South Dakota CASA Association, and currently as the Court Improvement Program Coordinator.
