Alan Solano is a Republican member of the South Dakota Senate representing District 32 and is the CEO of Behavioral Management Systems in Rapid City.
Senator Solano earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Black Hills State University. Senator Solano has held member positions on the Rapid City Area Chamber of Commerce and the South Dakota Council of Substance Abuse Directors. He has experience working with the SD Community Mental Health system, serving as past President of the South Dakota Council of Community Mental Health Centers.
He lives in Rapid City, SD with his wife Carol. They have five children.
