Sheri Fischer is the Executive Director for Women’s and Children’s Hospital, Clinics, and Community Services at Sanford USD Medical Center in Sioux Falls, SD.

Sheri received her Master’s in Nursing Leadership degree from South Dakota State University. Sheri has been with Sanford Health for 35 years. During her time at Sanford, she has served patients and families as a bedside nurse in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, the Director of the NICU and now in her current role as Executive Director for the Women’s and Children’s services. In addition to her work with Sanford, she serves on numerous statewide committees/advisory boards that focus on women and children.

In her spare time, Sheri enjoys spending time at the lake with her four daughters and fifteen grandchildren.
