Terra Johnson has worked in nonprofit and healthcare related fields for twenty years. She worked as a Child Life Specialist in program management for two nonprofits, where she created program curriculum, managed staff, oversaw program operations for a four state region, and was involved in board efforts for fundraising and grant writing opportunities. She currently serves as the Manager of Sanford Children’s CHILD Services in Sioux Falls and leads Region 3 (Aberdeen) and 5 (Sioux Falls) as part of the Early Childhood Enrichment System. The focus of the ECE is to improve the quality of childcare through training, technical assistance, and coaching.
