Trainer: Kathleen Miller, Deputy Compact Administrator for the ICPC, SD Department of Social Services

Kathleen began working at the Department of Social Services, Division of Child Protection Services in November of 2008. She has held the positions of Family Services Specialist, both ongoing and initial family assessment, Family Services Specialist Supervisor and is currently the Interstate Compact on the Placement of Children and Title IV-E Program Specialist. Kathleen has been in her current role since June, 2023.
