Training Needs Assessment

The Center for the Prevention of Child Maltreatment is conducting a state-wide survey to identify gaps in training and develop targeted plans to meet the needs of South Dakota professionals who work with children and families.

Professionals working with children and families are able to provide insights that are invaluable in shaping future training programs that address child maltreatment and provide effective support to those impacted. The survey aims to assess the current training needs of cross-sector professionals. By understanding the gaps in knowledge, skills, and resources, we can develop targeted training initiatives that enhance our ability to recognize, respond to, and prevent child maltreatment.

Responses will remain confidential and will be used solely to inform the development of relevant and impactful training programs. The survey should take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete.

Your expertise and experience are crucial to ensuring that children and families receive the best possible care and protection. We appreciate your honest feedback and look forward to using the results to support your vital work.
